I Make Technology Work for You
daily – predictable – measurable
I design and integrate infrastructure, automation, and applied technology into unified, scalable systems.
From cloud servers to IoT and workflow automation — built as a single system
Is technology getting in the way of your goals?
How we work together:
- We can talk via text, voice, video, or remote desktop—whatever is easiest for you. We agree on a clear flow: we define the goal, choose the smallest solution that delivers results, build it iteratively, and hand it over with documentation. I can deliver end-to-end: web, AI, automations, prototyping—plus post-launch maintenance.
- You can choose a predefined plan when it fits your needs. In many cases we don’t need to reinvent the wheel—there are proven setups where the steps are already prepared.
- 1 – Brief & context
- what you want to achieve, constraints, deadline, what already exists
- 2 – Quick audit
- workflows, tools, data—where time is lost / where errors happen
- 3 – Scope + success criteria
- what’s in / what’s out, how we measure “done”
- 4 – Technical proposal
- a simple architecture, phased estimate, risks + alternatives
- 5 – Setup & access
- accounts, repo, hosting/VPS/self-hosting (as needed), test environment
- 6 – MVP / first delivery
- the minimum viable version (web / AI / automations / prototype)
- 7 – Feedback iterations
- tweaks + improvements in small steps, no “big bang”
- 8 – Testing & stabilization
- edge cases, basic backup/monitoring, “works in real life”
- 9 – Handover
- short documentation, access details, training, next steps
- 10 – Maintenance (optional)
- updates, fixes, monthly improvements

I discovered technology at the age of 8, when I joined electronics and model aircraft clubs. Since then, my curiosity about how things work has kept me close to electronics, computers, and software. More than 40 years and counting.
My time in Vienna (25 years) shaped an independent way of working and a flexible, hands-on approach: projects adapted to context, clear steps, and well-polished details.
On top of that, technical hobbies and small experiments have always stayed with me.
